Yverlix Capital de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Yverlix", "we") with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 24, Col. Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the applicable Mexican regulations.

1. Data we collect

We collect identification data (name, email) that you voluntarily provide when you subscribe to our newsletter, as well as browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) obtained through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Purposes of processing

We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, updates on the Mexican market, improve the yverlix.com site, respond to requests and comply with legal obligations, including those related to Vulnerable Activities before the SAT.

3. Data transfers

We do not transfer your data to third parties unless required by law, a competent authority or when necessary to provide the service (for example, email or analytics providers subject to confidentiality agreements).

4. ARCO rights

You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, and revoke your consent, by writing to privacy@yverlix.com attaching a copy of a valid ID. We respond within a maximum of 20 business days as required by the LFPDPPP.

6. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic backups.
